ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome! My name is Katerina.

My journey with yoga began a number of years ago, when I was looking for a way to exercise, build some strength and flexibility, but also unclutter my head and body of stress and anxiety.

In my classes, you'll find a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and free to explore your own unique practice.

Vinyasa Yoga, with its flowing sequences and mindful breath work, offers a beautiful way to sync body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

What I love most about teaching yoga is the opportunity to build a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to personal growth, self-care, and well-being.

My classes are designed to be inclusive, fun, and accessible to all levels. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I'm here to help you find your own flow, both on and off the mat.

When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, you might find me exploring nature with my little doggo, reading a good book, or spending time with loved ones.

I’m also continuously learning and growing as a teacher, always excited to bring fresh inspiration into our practice.
